Deliver Services & Shipping Policies

1. Please be informed that all order processing will be fulfilled within 3-7 working days upon receipt of payment (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday).
2. International shipping will be fulfilled between 7-14 days upon receipt of payment depending on each country's logistics (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday). Kindly expect any possibility of lateness as we are not in control of delays in parcel movement such as custom clearance processes.                                    
3. While we take great care in ensuring a smooth delivery of ordered items to customers, Hayya Souq will not be held liable or responsible for any loss/damage items caused by the courier during the delivery.
